Plantit Web Hosting Privacy Policy
We have created this policy because of requirements from other Email Service Providers (ESP), and to inform you, our customer, of our privacy policy and ongoing commitment to professional service.
Plantit Web Hosting does not collect information from our users when they visit us, other than their IP address, browser type and connection string. These items are automatically recorded by our web servers and are never used individually.
We never share or sell information about our users activities to anyone. Information submitted to us is only available to employees handling this for purposes of contacting or sending you emails based on your request.
As a general rule, Plantit Web Hosting does not run list servers. We have a few private lists. These are all "opt-in" lists which the user must sign up for. List maintenance is performed swiftly and opt-out requests are processed within a day.
We have a one-strike policy on spam generated by our users. WE DO NOT TOLERATE SPAM OR EXPLOIT ATTEMPTS. If a user is found to be spamming or attempting some exploit using our servers, they will be immediately dropped and banned from our systems.
